It is night and day comparing *(Chinese) Sauna with Therasauna, the quality of Therasauna is outstanding:

Therasauna Quality points:

Shipped in perfect condition
Easy to assemble with great directions (less than 30 minutes)
Much larger space inside with light dimmer and larger more comfortable bench
Radiant heat through 100% ceramic heaters allowed us to stay in 60 minutes comfortably
Built with much better quality wood and controls
You return phone calls and back your product

*(Chinese) Sauna Issues:

Shipped three saunas due to breakage and poor shipping
Cracked heater rods just by looking at them the wrong way (very cheap)
Wood is inferior and caused warping on the outer walls
Heaters throw off much more burning uncomfortable heat and heater is constantly turning on and off
Stereo never worked correctly and poor speaker system
*(Chinese) Sauna charged us $2,400 for our sauna and is now selling them for $1,695 (without crediting us back the difference)
No one ever returns phone calls and only emails with threats get returned, but no action is ever taken
Way more parts to assemble, it is a nightmare and takes at least 1 hour if you know what you are doing
It came with absolutely no instructions and is a cheap CHINESE PRODUCT!

What is a company's background?

Buyer Beware: One well known infrared sauna supplier has changed manufacturers (origin and complete design of the sauna they sell) several times over the past few years. If you buy from them, "Will you be in good hands?"

Several imported saunas are now using carbon type heating elements. Carbon does not heat up high enough and will only last a few years at best! Lifetime warranty you say? Check the details. You are the one that will be waiting for parts, installing parts, frustrated and what if they are not in business anymore with that Chinese company??? Why not just use "ceramic" like all the scientists speak of in their research?
