Once we recieve your payment your new TheraSauna™ will ship out of the factory in Iowa, USA in about 2 to 5 working days. Usually in stock! (option built models and peak season times may incur 1-3 weeks build time).Occasionally sauna delivery may be delayed a few days in peak winter or holiday months.

Delivery times by tractor trailer, once it has left the factory, averages about 7 - 10 days in the USA depending on where you live. November and December are slower delivery times for the trucking companies due to the holiday buying period.
Common Carrier Freight Deliveries for TheraSauna®
Thank you for your recent TheraSauna® order. Soon you will be enjoying the therapeutic health benefits of your far infrared sauna.
A common carrier freight company will deliver your sauna to your driveway. They are only a delivery company. The trucker is not responsible for removing the sauna from the truck. The freight company should call you the day before to guarantee that you will be home to accept delivery. A lift gate is not a necessity. Inside Delivery can be requested at the time of purchase for an additional fee. Check with your dealer or sales representative for availability in your area. Inside Delivery: The trucker will take the boxes off the truck and set them inside your door/garage; he will not take them up or down any stairs, lift them over any fence, or assemble the unit.
When your sauna arrives, please thoroughly inspect the sauna for any freight damage before you sign the Bill of Lading.
If you notice any minor damage, or feel there might be concealed damage, please make sure the driver notes it on the Bill of Lading. Once you have signed and accepted delivery, any freight claims would become YOUR responsibility and must be reported to the freight company within 24 hours of product delivery. If you feel there is considerable freight damage, please refuse the shipment and we will file the necessary paperwork for the freight damage claim. Please notify us within 24 hours if there is freight damage.
You will need the assistance of a qualified helper to unload your sauna. The sauna comes in 3-4 large cardboard boxes and 1 small accessory box, which are set on a wooden pallet with shrink-wrap and banding strips around the unit. First, you will need to remove the shrink-wrap, banding strips and wooden framework from around the sauna. Next, you and your assistant can pull down each box individually. The front and back wall can weigh up to 125 pounds. Be careful that the boxes are not dropped or damaged as you lower them off the truck.
In many cases the truck driver will assist you, as he wants to make his scheduled deliveries in a timely manner, but be advised he is not obligated to offer his help. Also he may or may not require you to remove the pallet from his truck, but it is part of your order and should be discarded by you as the consumer.
